How it works.

Our approach is clear and transparent, designed to guide you through each phase effortlessly. We believe in keeping things straightforward for everyone involved.

Step 1: Tell us your trade mark, your goods and services, required service level and ownership details.

Step 2: We'll file your application with the local government body (e.g. IP Australia).

Step 3: We'll let you know when your application has been examined, the outcome and possible next steps.

Step 4: If your application is accepted, third parties will be given a 2-month window to object.

Step 5: If your application isn't successfully objected to, your trade mark will be registered for 10 years.

Step 6: You can renew your registration every 10 years for another 10-year period.
